Cocker Spaniel Portrait – A Beautiful Dog Lover Hand-Painted Gift
The portrait of the incredibly cute Cocker Spaniel, Charlie, was commissioned by Lewis as a very special gift for his partner Rebecca. Creating a Cocker Spaniel portrait like this is always an honour for me, especially when it celebrates the love and bond between a dog and their family.
Lewis shared a few touching words about Charlie:
“Charlie is the kindest dog I have ever met. He loves to go on walks and have cuddles with his mum and dad. He’s very shy but has a heart of gold. Him and his mum (Rebecca) are best friends.”
Hearing this made me so excited to start work on Charlie’s Cocker Spaniel portrait. My goal was to capture not only his adorable looks but also his gentle, loving nature — everything that makes him such a special companion.
When Rebecca received her hand-painted dog portrait, she was absolutely overjoyed. She even phoned me the same day to say how much it meant to her. Knowing that my artwork brings so much happiness is the best reward for what I do.
